Empire Tattoo Upland



I want a lip piercing, I'm 14 and shops around my are won't allow it?

I'm 14 years old and i want to get my lip pierced. (my mom agreed :D ) I live in the Inland Empire and I went to several Tattoo and Body Piercing shops and they won't allow it. Does anyone know any shops around the Los Angeles area, Upland, Pomona, Claremont, Rancho and those areas that are sanitary and allow "underage" piercing?

I got mine when iwas 13 at some shop in compton, no i don't regret it, the place was like any other, and my lip is fine. one more thing, are u a cop. ha!
