Does anyone know the symbolism of a tattoo like this? Also, does anyone know some sources you can consult it has pictures of Koi fish transformation into a dragon?
The dragon is a symbol for many, many things. Of Luckily the rain to heresy. The Koi is also a lot of things ... how to overcome difficulties to achieve high goals.
