How can I report an adult tattoo artist who gave my 14 yr old son a tattoo in klamath falls, oregon?
without my permission?
Tom F that is impossible. It's the LAW that the minor's parent or guardian must be present and show proof that they are the parent/guardian of the minor. Her son didn't forge anything....the artist either knew he was underage or never bothered to ask for ID.
Call the local health department, the shop would probably end up getting fined...possibly shut down if they find that they aren't clean or are doing other illegal things. I'd do it for sure. I only get tattooed in clean shops that do things the legit and legal way. No way in hell I'd trust an artist who did shady things like that.
