i am trying to get a fake tattoo on my pic using photoshop 7......as going through tutorials they are using wrap tool which is not available in photoshop 7......plz help
not sure about wrap tool, there is warp liquify tool filter,

there is also transform tools to warp shape or layer,

try those, and place image over location, and adjust layer mode overlay, and transparency
