Where can I get a tattoo at 16 in Ybor City, FL?
At most places here you have to have parents sign notarization forms and you can get it.
But my parents aren't signing them, and i'm getting it done without them knowing.
I know that there ARE places in Ybor that do it.
But I don't know specifically which ones do.
Or do you know any in the towns around there, that will?
I'm sorry, but no, there AREN'T any places in Ybor that will do it, because no tattoo parlor is going to risk losing their business license and paying HUGE fines, just to do an illegal $50 tattoo on a 16-year-old, it just isn't worth it to them, sorry.
